Question / Help blackbars around right and bottom of capture

Recently got a new monitor. Previously my main resolution was 1920x1080 but now 2560 x 1440.

When I'm recording, it's creating black bars on my capture, even though the resolution of my game is also 1400p. See this url

Under video the base resolution is 1440p and the downscale is 2.0 so 1280 x 720. I don't know what to do.

When you increase your base resolution, your sources aren't scaled along with it. The black space is the extra resolution you added going from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440. Resize and reposition your sources to fit in the new, larger dimensions.

Okay so sorry to keep posting, but the problem seems to have worked itself out after I deleted my game source and re added it. Is that normal?

oops, replied without refreshing to see if there was a response. So just delete or go to properties and stretch image to screen?
