Bug Report Black Screen

Hey there,
I've been streaming with OBS 1 month now,
and since the 11.11.13,
the only thing that my followers can see is black screen/me when I'm activating my WebCam,
I assume my PC passes the requirement because I could stream ,
anyways theres my log.
Sorry for my bad /poor English.

Your PC seems okay, just to clarify so I'm reading correctly: the only thing being presented is the webcam?

Your system doesn't look all that out of date or anything that would cause a problem like this. Perhaps you need to update drivers, as well as directx? Sometimes if DirectX isn't using the right revision it'll result in a black screen for the captures on windows vista/7.

That's right, only the webcam is presented,
I think my DirectX is working well,
because I had this problem 2 month ago or something,
and than someone helped me to solve it,
and now the one can't help me so I came to here.
I'll try to check if theres any updates for DirectX eventhough I think it's up to date.

Updated my drivers and downloaded it,
still the same, if it matters , when I captured my desktop, I can see dark screen which taking over my webcam,
and I can see my mouse moving, again sorry for my bad bad English, and thank you for helping.

Oh, also make sure to try to use windows update until there are no more major updates. Platform updates are also somewhat important.
