Question / Help Black screen

I recently downloaded OBS and i'm only getting a black screen in preview and streaming. The audio works fine, however. I'm using a laptop with a dedicated graphics card (512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6490M) and Intel Integrated 3000. A while ago though i tried to update my Intel drivers to version 9.17.10.3223 from version 8.951.9.3000 and there was this whole mess all day cause the installed drivers didn't like my computer at all, took all day to fix. But the thing is that when it was updated to the most recent driver, i was able to stream perfectly. Although the downside to this is that my games lagged to absolute hell with these new drivers. I was wondering if there's any configurations i could use to let me stream, because my computer is certainly able to.

I actually tried that, and it didn't work. But i saw in the video settings that it doesn't detect my dedicated GPU at all. It only shows me the Intel Graphics. I have OBS and the game running on the GPU right now.
And i'll also add that i tried putting both on the power saving gpu and it still didn't work.

Install both the latest Intel and the latest AMD drivers, and force both OBS and Minecraft to run on your AMD hardware. Why do you care about game performance on the HD3000? You shouldn't be using it for that.

Because it also caused lag on my GPU for some reason. I have the latest AMD drivers too. But i can't use the Intel drivers because it causes me to not be able to open CCC to change the gpu the game is running on. It always has the error message "Catalyst Control Center cannot be opened because there are no setting to configure."

I would like to take a look in team viewer for this particular case some time. I'm always around in chat.
