Question / Help Black Screen

When i download OBS and started streaming i checked every single setting but the game capture still came out as a black screen, please help me. I downgraded to the version 0.60b and it works but with the new version it doesn't.
PC - windows 8.1 64b, 12gb ram, 1000 gh hdd, nvidia geforce gt 650m, intel core i7-3630qm.

i think this is the one, because the version that i have instaled at the moment is v.060b(it works with this version(0.60b) but not with the newest updates)
