Bug Report Black screen with Openttd

OBS has worked for most of my games. With the exception of Saints Row the Third in DX11 mode. In DX9 mode it worked fine though.

However I am now trying to stream OpenTTD and it is not working. The capture is black. I dont think OpenTTD uses direct X. Is there a way to capture it?
 
OpenTTD doesn't appear to use OpenGL or DirectX for graphics, so it can't be captured with Game Capture. Instead, I recommend capturing it with Window capture while Aero is enabled.
 
Ah thanks a lot.. That totally worked.

ps.. Can you recommend bitrate/x264 preset settings for when I (occasianally) want to dump to my harddisk instead of stream?
 
Hi there, I have already tried the above method, but still getting black screen when I try to record OpenTTD. Is there anything else I need to set?

Running version: 0.624b 32bit
Windows 8 64bit
