Question / Help Black Screen with No$GBA (No Laptop)

I've recently started using OBS and I never use Game Capture, since it doesn't seem to function. I always used Window Capture and I have never had any problems with it, unless I try to record from No$GBA. I do not have two graphic cards, nor am I using a laptop.

A suggestion I read in a different topic is to check the Compatibility Mode in the Window Capture menu. I did, but the screen is still with the top screen displayed as white, but the lower screen displayed in black. The sound works, but no video.

While I am capable of recording with the Desmume via Window Capture, I would rather not, as said emulator is lagging a little too much for my streaming/recording preferences.

It may run on OpenGL, so you might have to disable aero for it

I have attempted that, but then the recording looks like it got layered on top of each other.
An example screenshot attached.

When you disable Aero, you can no longer capture exclusive windows. It captures all layers. So just minimize OBS and you won't get the looping effect.

Ah that did the trick. Never really thought of minimizing OBS cause I like to use that to see how long I've been recording.
