Question / Help Black screen with game capture

Hey there,

I've seen a few "black screen" threads here so far although none of them seem to relate to the issue I'm having, or they don't have a description of how to fix it.

I'm on a desktop PC, pretty decent specs and I've always been able to stream just fine with Game Capture.

However, two days ago, my OBS decided to give up & for some reason (without having changed anything) now my Game Capture isn't working anymore for either League of Legends or DC Universe Online, while for Hearthstone it still works just fine.

Is there any possible fix for this?

If not, could you give me any idea of what's causing the problem?

Why do you have aero disabled while using graphics capture. This could be the problem and it will yield very poor performance.

Aero isn't related to game capture. Regardless, usually if you have a black screen with game capture on a desktop it means there's something interfering (overlay applications like teamspeak/mumble or other capture applications like fraps/etc, or game mods such as sweetfx or other game-specific mods).

Either that or out of date drivers/directx/etc. Only possibilities I can think of currently.

My apologies, i was thinking of having aero disabled with window capture. My bad.
