Question / Help Black screen with 1 GPU, windows 7, computer

Hi!

I really need some help. I have googled my problem a lot but can't seem to find anyone with the same problem.

I have 2 monitors, and what I'm calling monitor 2 is the monitor that I use with all my games and for the Windows-menu.
When I try to capture a game or the monitor with OBS I get a black screen and the monitor I don't want to use works perfectly. When I try to add "Monitor capture" I add the monitor I want to use (monitor 2) but only monitor 1 will show. Tried to do it with "compability mode" and still nothing. Only monitor 1 will show even though I select monitor 2 in the settings.

I have 1 graphic card so I can't select to use anything else but the one I use. This problem appeared recently. It's like the monitor doesn't exist! Got the latest updates for everything.

Please help!

It's either the new build of OBS, especially if it's not just happening to me. I stream graphic design and currently can't use my design monitor because of this "bug".

Yes, I think it is similar. Using the link that got posted on your thread to see if that helps :-)

I have to reopen the settings of the monitor capture and press Ok, to get the monitor displaying correctly.
