Question / Help Black screen while streaming game capture PC

Well i was trying to stream leauge of legends, with game capture but it just shows me black screen.
I read some other users having the same problem but they all had laptop with a Nvidia card.
My graphics card is AMD Radeon R9 200 Series so i dont know what could be the problem.
I also tried streaming lol with window capture and with borderless but it had blackscreen too,
I tried streaming Guild Wars 2 with game capture it didnt work neither but it worked with window capture so i think there is a problem maybe with Leauge of Legends or i dont know.

The log analyzer says that:
Aero is disabled

Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

But i dont know how to do this, i watched a tutorial about it, but i cant find enabling/disabling aero in my computers settings

Feels like something's interfering with game capture here.

(Cue copy & paste: ) These could be other capture programs, game mods and graphics mods (sweetfx in particular), graphics card utilities like msi afterburner or the EVGA 'K boost' feature (I think it's called), or programs that put in custom in-game overlays for their program, such as teamspeak/mumble overlays, or razer overlay. If you're using "D3Dgear" (a very invasive program), you must completely completely uninstall it to fix the issue.
