Question / Help Black Screen when trying to watch finished recording?

When I start a recording of Overwatch with OBS, I can see Overwatch in the preview area in OBS. But, when I hit stop recording and I go to where i save my recordings and open the video file it only shows a black scree. The audio is there but no video. Same issue when I try just monitor capture. I would really like some help with this. Thanks.

Play the file back in a decent media player like VLC or MPC-HC.
