Question / Help Black Screen when trying to stream CS:GO

So I have everything set up and everything is (what I thought) ready to go. but when it comes to streaming, its black screening. My graphix and my donation bar are on the screen but when I go to play cs, its still black screening. I dont know how to fix. ive changed the order of the game capture, turned anit cheat on and have it running as admin. please help.
