Black Screen when switching between camera sources/scenes

I have two PTZ cameras as scenes and sources in my OBS by rtsp links.

When I switch between the two sources I get 1-5 seconds of a black screen before the other camera feed shows up.
I have a good internet connection and the cameras are on our local network.. I also tried switching with hot keys and that didn't help.
I tried different transition types too, that didn't help.

I haven't tried streaming this way yet but have tried recording and it records the black.

Any idea on why this could be? Latest log file attached.

Try disabling Show nothing when playback ends and Restart playback when source becomes active.
