Question / Help Black screen when I load a game..?

I am able to stream programs such as blender and microsoft studio fine, but I launch steam and play tf2 its streams a black screen. I have my setting on monitor capture.. I have no clue how to fix it. I have a gtx 760, 16 gb of ram, and an i7 4790k. Thanks
