Question / Help Black screen when casting!(twitch TV)

So i just sownloaded the Software and i did everything by the guide and i put in the Streamkey and everything but still i get a blackscreen when i stream can anyone help me or know how to fix this issue??!
it sais i didnt add any source; but i did maybe i need to put something spacial in the name? help me !!!

To add a source, you must right-click the 'sources' box in the main window (the big white box in the bottom-center of the main window). Right-click with your mouse, then add -> [capture type]. Not 'global sources', which are different.
