Question / Help Black Screen w/ Game Capture

Okay, a new graphics card it is going to be.
I'll get my tech guy to look into it for me. This computer is an ex-lease machine, the processor is powerful, but as it was used as a server, graphics was not a priority for it's original job, we talked about replacing it should we need to - so I will do that.
Thanks dodgepong, I'll let you know how it goes.

When the sound card was installed, something must have changed with the process allocations or something that caused this strange splitting/cutting of the video image capture.

(I tried loading the image with imgur.com, but it is not working)
I have a black border alone the top, bottom and both sides, you should be able to see the red border of the edit scene - I fiddled with the settings until the actual picture is the right size, then centered it.

I think settings needs tweaking, suggestions please?
(I think the sound is too soft as well)

At least now it is working.

I found a fix and made a video! Hope this will fix your problems with trying to stream or record video games in full screen with game capture. (not monitor capture)
