Question / Help Black Screen using HD PVR 2

I am trying to stream my xbox one using an HD PVR 2 gaming edition and all I am getting is a black screen. I hooked my webcam up and that works just fine, it is just the game that is black screening. I was looking at other forum posts and most people had to post their own log files to get help so I decided to post my own. https://gist.github.com/771fc86152b7a6c4c01a

Oh yea. Let me also add that I am not very good with computers.

OBS1 doesn't support the HDPVR2. You need to use OBS Multiplatform.
