so basicly everytime i try to stream a game using game capture i get a black screen his wasnt happening a few days ago now it just wont stop!! PLEASE HELP!!

Excessive audio bitrate
Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.
Late frames detected
