yeah so im working on laptop i tried already a few ways to fix it, but it didn't help...
some ideas? Oh one more thing its only display that doesn't work other options are ok

Your logfile shows that OBS is starting on the discrete GPU, which means that Display Capture won't work. Follow the guide above to swap OBS onto the iGPU if you need display capture, which will disable the Game and Window Capture sources. One down side to using a laptop for livestreaming, you have to choose between Display, OR Game+Window capture sources.
