Are you having a problem with Windows Movie Maker or Open Broadcaster Software? This forum supports OBS.
If only the files you save with OBS have this problem in WMM, post a log file from when you created the file, and the media info from the file itself. Also perhaps a sample video file that exhibits the problem you're having uploaded to a file sharing site so we can see for ourselves.
