Question / Help Black Screen on Twitch but not in OBS

there's my log, i dont know what im doing yet, i've read through other posts and tried setting my Nvidia 3d settings and changed all my settings in OBS to what others have been suggesting but i still cannot get Twitch to stream anything but a black screen :(

If it's working fine in obs, the problem is entirely twitch side.
