Question / Help Black screen on preview and stream.

I don't get why I have a black screen on the preview when I start streaming. Game Capture settings are set to the game I have open. Stream settings are all set, x264 encoding, it is using the correct graphics card as a video adapter, 1920x1080 and 60 fps. Yet all I get is a black screen.
