Question / Help Black Screen on Game Capture TF2 and GTA SA MP

I have Black screen on my most games when using game capture, but on twitch i can hear the sound but no video.

I look on other posts and what i found that the issue is this line DoD3D9GPUHook: shareDevice->CreateTexture2D failed, result = 2147942487

I uninstalled DXTory and Fraps and AMD Catalyst, other capture device i don't have and antivirus i don't have... Any other solutions to this?

I really don't know what to do else, i so a lot of videos on youtube none works for me
I do not have a second GPU and im running on a PC not laptop.
