black screen on game capture mode

Things ive tried

1. admin rights
2. compatibility mode to windows 7
3. rolling back to previous version of obs
4. removing and reinstalling obs
5. emptying %appdata% obs-studio
6. emptying %temp% directory
7. Turning off game mode
8. Disabling windows firewall and anti virus through regedit
9. Playing about with nivida settings both global and app related
10. Rebooting PC numerous times
11. watching many many useless videos countless hours on YouTube for some stupid windows 10 setting i must of missed

according to the log it fails the hook which also ive tried removing from scratch in obs and redoing the game capture window

thx but i have little to no startup programs running and went through my running processes as well just to make sure all was off, Along with windows 10 services, along with regedits. I did notice it wasnt able to uninstall with edge open and i swear 100% this worked on windows 7. I do have msi afterburner installed but was disabled on reboot. The rest i dont have. Thx anyways yes it was an old title FF7 but ive tried numerous games all with same results. Display capture works fine.

dyam fm2020 worked, ark did not ok then its defo game related guess ill need to use other software's 1 in 3 work lol
