Question / Help Black Screen of death

Hello,

I just downloaded OBS, but I am having trouble with game capture. I am trying to capture DayZ. I tried setting OBS to my graphics card and various other tricks, but it wont work. I tried monitor capture and that works. I tried to use monitor capture and then open dayz and see if that would work but that didnt either. My graphics card drivers are up to date, and so is my direct X I believe. I dont know what else I can try.

I'm having the same issue. Everything else works except for my game capture. I've tried running it on both cards and even direct from my main card. Nothing.

Definitely still using the wrong adapter in that log. You need to follow the instructions in the laptop thread

Either that or select the correct video adapter under Settings > Video. You're running OBS on your Intel integrated GPU and your games on the Nvidia GPU. That won't work.
