Question / Help Black Screen No Video on Full Screen Game Capture

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out whats I've done wrong in setting up OBS i watched a bunch of youtube videos on how to capture full screen games with OBS and copied the settings that they used but no luck so far. Also dont know if its important but Im looking to only use the software for youtube videos not streaming.
So if anyone could help me that would be great thanks!

40,000 bitrate, change keyframe interval to 2, turn off CBR. Play with quality balance to see what looks the best. Most people say 5-8 for fast-paced games (correct me if im wrong).
