Question / Help Black Screen - Laptop - Enduro - 7970M

Hey
I have a laptop with switchable graphics with the following specs:
i7-3610QM
7970M
8GB Ram
ASUS VG236 (120Hz) External Monitor

In Settings>Video>Video Adapter
I can only select Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. I can not set my Radeon HD 7970M.

I THINK as result that is why no matter what I do, when I switch to my game (which uses the 7970M) my recording turns black. I play Counter-Strike:GO, and I have tried game capture, moniroe capture...

How can I get this to work? The only way I can stream so far, is if I play my game in Windowed Mode, but that means the game runs on the Intel HD 4000 and I get really low fps.
 
Try going into your GPU control panel and setting it so that OBS always runs on the 7970M.
 
From Configure Switchable Graphics, I have set OBS to High Performance. Doesn't change anything. Problem still persists.
 
I also ofc have in Power Options>Switch. Dynamic Graphics>Global Setings set to Maximise Performance.
