Question / Help Black screen (in game too) when launch preview / stream

Hi, I was streaming yesterday and everything looks good, but today, when I started to stream CS:GO, my game get black screen - I can’t play it and can’t stream, too. I don’t see everything, just hear sounds. This is doing only on CS: Global Offensive. I tried this on WoW, and it is good :) Please help

Are you using Razer Synapse, if so close it.

Yes, I’m using it, because I need to set lower dpi... I can’t play without low dpi, so I need it.
