Question / Help Black Screen in Game Mode

Hello everyone,

I activated Intel Quick Sync in the bios (I'm running Windows 7 64bit with the i5 3570K with the NVIDIA 660Ti).
Then I downloaded the latest drivers for the Intel HD Graphics 4000. The card is correctly set in windows, I added the second virtual screen and set the desktop as "extended".

And I asked on the IRC channel but it was really late and I couldn't really understand.
So is there someone to give me a hand, who could describe me with screenshot for exemple :) how to set QSVHelper.exe run on Intel card instead of Nvidia? As explained in the thread: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/
And also the correct settings in OBS for that?

For now here is my settings in OBS:

And here is how my Nvidia settings looks like:

Here is the last log: https://gist.github.com/80eef215fd485592f766

I'm sorry for my english it's not my native language :(

In your NVIDIA settings screenshot change the first dropdown box from performance to ... power saving or whatever the other option is. That will force QSVHelper.exe to run on the iGPU instead of the NVIDIA GPU. It's the same as what's outlined for OBS.exe in the laptop/black screen thread, except you're choosing the other option instead.

Oh god thanks for the reply Sapiens! I started to lose hope...
Here is my settings, I tried all the option of the first dropdown box. All... And it's not working. I set the same on OBS and on both QSVHelper.exe (x86 and 64bits). Just to be sure, tried all of them.

OBS.exe must be configured to run in "performance" mode (on the NVIDIA GPU). QSVHelper.exe must be configured to run in "power saving" mode (or whatever it's called, I can't read the dropdown there - on the integrated GPU, not the NVIDIA GPU).

I just tried, set the Nvidia GPU for OBS then the other mode for QSVHelper.exe (two possibility).
But in these options I don't have any power saving. Only performances with different options, global, unique display, compatibility, multi display.
And non of them work.

After reading your original post again and having another cup of coffee I realized that you aren't even using a laptop, so I'm not sure why you're looking at the laptop thread. Does game capture work with any other games? Does window capture work with other windows? Are you using any third-party software capable of showing an overlay in your game? Examples include EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, Razer Gamebooster/Synapse, Fraps, Dxtory, D3DGear (must be uninstalled), TS3/Mumble overlays, Raptr, Overwolf, Curse Client overlay, etc.

I checked this post because the guys from the live chat told me to... I don't use any overlay in my game. I have Synapse enabled but it does nothing, it just comes with my mouse.
The capture works fine as long as it's not game capture. I can capture with screen capture (with the game set in borderless) with compatibility enabled but the performance are terrible.
I really don't know what to do..

Synapse includes an in-game overlay for whatever stupid reason Razer came up with, please check that the overlay function is completely disabled.
