Question / Help Black screen in game capture and chat issues while in full screen

OK, I have a few questions and I've looked at several videos and explanations on how to set this up. I followed everything on the Epos & Chu video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stMBmiEwvYE) however, when I try to use game capture, I get nothing but a black screen. I shut off Aero and have used several different games both full screen and windowed, but I still get a black screen when I try to do game capture. I also use only one monitor (my TV screen). I wanted to stream on Twitch :/

Might be some other programs interfering with game capture, but I'm just guessing at this point. (Cue copy & paste: ) These could be other capture programs, game mods and graphics mods (sweetfx in particular), graphics card utilities like msi afterburner or the EVGA 'K boost' feature (I think it's called), or programs that put in custom in-game overlays for their program, such as teamspeak/mumble overlays, or razer synapse overlay. Certain capture programs such as D3Dgear must be completely uninstalled to use game capture.

Well I don't think you need to uninstall teamspeak, just disable its overlay if it's on.

Not entirely sure if that is the cause or not though. It was mostly just a guess.
