Question / Help Black Screen for Games only, I Can see my desktop. NOT on a laptop

I have been trying to set up my stream for about a day now and I can't seem to find the problem. Monitor capture works when I am at the desktop but as soon as I try to play a game it goes black. I have audio but no video. If I alt + Tab out of the game and go to the desktop I can see the desktop on my stream. If i go back into the game it goes black again.

If anyone can help I would highly appreciate it.
 
I have this issue as well. I cant seem to find any fix for a desktop PC any where. I can capture some games in windowed mode, but It is 'iffy' at best.
