Question / Help Black screen for game capture?

Whenever I try playing a game and recording/livestreaming with it OBS just shows a black screen. http://gyazo.com/6de88dc87710e7dfa7d35bbc262eb0ab The black screen is where my game is suppose to be. I have the game opened in windowed I have tried it in fullscreen and nothing works, it's still all black. Any help?

Some games need anticheat hook to work, double click on the game capture you build and enable it.

If that doesn't work, do me a favor, that is a cluttery log. make a new scene, put your game capture in that scene restart OBS then stream for 5 minutes, post that log.
