Question / Help Black screen during streaming whenever using Nvenc HQ Low Latency preset

Hi guys,whenver I choose HQ Low Latency (2pass or not) and HP Low Latency I get a black screen during streaming.
Im streaming on Twitch and I have the latest Nvidia driver for my GTX 970. Also the "Lossless" preset gave a black screen too. Can anyone help? or anyone is having the same problem?



My system specs:

2600K
GTX 970 with latest driver
Win 8.1 x64bit
