Question / Help black screen, changing video adapter don't work

I want to stream and record video on laptop.

I have gt 840m and i5 4210m

When I have tried to record game or monitor I get black screen with sound.
Camera, window capture and adding images work good.

I have managed to record game (hitman absolution) 2 times, but when I stoped recording and started it again I had black screen.

I have usd tutorial to fix blackscreen and I use my graphic card to run OBS and game, but I get black screen anyway

I am having the same problem, only mine isn't with games.... all i get is a black screen when trying to record from my monitor and certain programs, but if i try to record from browser windows or other kinds of windows, it works just fine.

any further help?
