Question / Help Black screen, but only for cs.... ?

Hello, I'm here about a really strange problem I've been having. I'm looking to game capture my CS:GO for when I play tournaments/leagues, I can view demo's (vod's) however when I stream CS it shows a black screen. In my preview bar it is black also. The weirdest thing though is that if I am fullscreen windowed, Monitor capture and windowed capture will stream the game. But once I change resolution it disappears.

No matter what resolution I'm on, the game is black via game capture.

For those wondering if it's my settings, I tried streaming a couple other games to test and they streamed perfectly fine without any issues.

Any ideas? :D

Also, monitor capture and window capture will not hook full screen games/apps. only game capture.
