Question / Help Black screen at preview stream

I have the issue that when i launch stream i can hear audio well,but game video is always black :/ If i use desktop capture then that works fine,but doesn't capture game video :/ I used to be able to capture game video when streamed Mass Effect 3 by using Origin's own Twitch connect feature.

Now when trying with OBS i can't get to stream game video,but audio and desktop stream works well. I have been able to get the video's saved normally to my won Pc,but weird stuff happened in last night when it came in multiple small pieces. Today streamed World of Warcraft and for 6mins heard audio well,but no game image at all. I tried to stream Starcraft 2 a moment ago and no game image.

My latest stream and it's Starcraft 2.

Combat sound starts around 4:30 and there is sound also before that,but no video :/

I moved this to its own topic, since you didn't need to revive a really old thread that was referencing an old version of OBS.

According to your log, game capture is trying to capture Firefox, not SC2.

Have you tried using the hotkey capture method instead, if selecting the window isn't something you want to do?

No i haven't tried the hotkey capture method yet.
Would be nice to know that why software is trying to capture Firefox and not the game itself. I've had sometimes Firefox open while launching the game that i wanna stream,but not always as far as i recall and game video hasn't worked then either. I'll try hotkey method now and if doesn't work i'll post the log file here again.

It would be trying to capture Firefox because that is the program that it is set to capture in the Game Capture. You must have selected the wrong app.

I checked now from the game capture properties that which application in use and it showed Starcraft 2. Before i started to stream and was able to have audio but not game video :/

Mozilla or any other software wasn't open while streamed a moment ago.
Here is the Log file and link to latest Starcraft 2 stream. Clear sharp audio there,but no image :/

It looks like in that log it didn't even attempt to perform a game capture. Have you tried using the hotkey capture method instead of selecting the application yet?

Yes i tried that hotkey method and gave black screen.
It also showed on that time the right game above in the box where source of capture is shown.

Audio works fine which is weird..like the link that i posted shows.
Soon i'll try if game capture works with Origin client's own Twitch feature. It used to work when i streamed Mass Effect 3 long time ago.

"Update: Got Game Capture Video feed to work with OBS when streamed to Hitbox.tv channel / account. So it must have something to do with Twitch not recognizing my game capture..didn't work with hotkey method or the automatic to Twitch.tv website. So weird.. :/"

I also have this trouble.

When using -multi to stream to both twitch and hitbox, theres no gamecapture for only the hitbox one. Just comes up blank

You can't capture the same game twice.
