Question / Help Black Screen after recroding. Please Help

Hello, i am having a big issue with my OBS, Basically, I've used nearly every setting on OBS, monitor capture, Game Capture and nothing seems to work. I am attempting to record the crew, ive tried fullscreen and windowed and borderless on the same. When i click record, i can see the game on OBS, but when I go to watch the video, the screen is black, i can hear audio, but its just black.
Things i have tried:
1) i've Used every capture setting.
2) Changed recording Location (Different folder, then Different Hard Drive)
3) Changed resolutions
4) Changed qualities
5) Made sure my graphics card was set to my video adapter.
6) ive tried to capture other games, same thing, even on my desktop.
7) Checked for updates, im at a loss.

Try another player then. If the video shows in OBS preview then it should be in the file, you're just having problems playing it back.

Yeah, it seemed to work with a different player. why would this occur? i have used OBS before with my computer before i restored it, and i still have the old videos it took, and i can play them just fine in windows media player.
