Question / Help Black recording screen

Hello All,

I have been using OBS for a while, and I rather like the software. However, I have been battling with the "black screen" for what feels like forever. It always ends up with me having to entirely uninstall/reinstall the software. It doesn't seem to matter how I start the software or the game I want to record. I can start the game first, and OBS later, or OBS first and the game later, and the end results are still the same. Black screen when attempting to stream (sound works just fine though). I have tried to retarget the game windows in the Scene settings, to no avail. I have tried restarting the game, and taking it out of fullscreen mode, to no avail. My computer specs are as follows (all drivers are up to date):

AMD Phenom II x6 3.2GHZ
Crossfire ATI Radeon HD 6970 2GB edition
GA-990FXA-UD5 motherboard
16GB DDR3 G.SKILL 1666MHZ RAM
5TB HDD Space across 6 different harddrives
Windows 7 x64 Professional

Any suggestions/ideas as to why this is happening?

**EDIT** I would like to point out that full screen recording has ALWAYS worked without a hiccup.

This happens with ANY game pretty much...Minecraft, emulators, APB, Battlefield3/4...Doesn't seem to matter. I am pretty much between DX9 and DX11.

I removed my secondary GPU and cleaned out my temp files a bit...which still did nothing to help the situation. Posted at the link below is the log from my latest attempt. I just reinstalled the newest version of OBS yesterday, and it worked fine..today, once again, it does not. All programs on my computer are already run as Admin...

This happens randomly, and all the time. Nothing changed on my computer from two days ago, OBS just suddenly decides it does not want to work, and sometimes (rarely) will decide it wants to work again. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I am forced to use non full screen/windowed mode, and to capture inner windows, because it will not inject into DX applications any more...This causes a huge performance hit, as most games that have the option to run fullscreen do better in that mode than they do in windowed for whatever reason. Add OBS recording ontop of that, and I have a real issue gaming.

That particular error in the log file indicates permissions, as though something is blocking game capture from capturing (things like anti-virus can sometimes do this as well). Do you have a log from perhaps minecraft?
