Question / Help Black Ops 3 Recording Settings?

Hello I am HippyHop so recently I started using obs to record cod but before I did I checked the quality and it is pixelated even though on my side it looks really clean, even when I click preview stream it looks really nice but then I record it and in the file it turns pixelated. I have tried a ton of settings for 1080p 60fps all of them make my videos look the same, so if you have a idea of what the heck I need to do comment,

Still didn't help actually made it worse

I was messing around with it and got these settings http://pastebin.com/KW2VGtqt only thing bad is when moving it lags a ton but best quality I have gotten today

Also I am trying to get settings for BO3 so maybe that's why really good graphics

It doesnt tell you to use "crf=X". You need to read the line that is under that too
