Question / Help Black MP4 but audio is there

Hi Obs
I am trying to record mini video on the web for my son.

Format is MP4, browser is Firefox, Windows 10.
Only two examples were okay, other trials have failed.

Attached is a typical log (surprisingly the memory is measured as only 4 Go when I have 8 Go...??)

Could you give me some hints ?

Using what media player to play the recording?
And window capturing what window?

Both windows media player and VLC show a black screen but play the music.

mode is direct streaming and service stream is custom. Is this your question ?

No. What window are you capturing with obs to stream?

And is the preview in OBS black or not?

You are right the test is also black when the sounds is working (the red scale is moving)

Then you're going to need to make sure that you're window capturing the correct window.

Also OBS Classic (0.658 and such) is dead development-wise and you may be better off using OBS Studio.
