Question / Help Black edges/smaller video than recording size

I have a large black edge on my recordings. Youtube auto-detects this and fixes it, but I feel like I'm missing out on quality. Also, I've already dinked around with setting until the recordings are not choppy, so I'd like a fix that doesn't bring this issue back up.

youtube enforces a 16:9 aspect ratio. ensuring you have that aspect on your stream will make sure you have it full screen

It is indeed a 16:9 ratio... and the game is running at a 16:9 as well

double click on the game capture source (to get to its properties) then select stretch to screen.
