Well you have the 750Ti. Chances are high that your monitor is not 1440x900 (usually its 1600x900 or 1920x1080, everything lower than that will be really old junk).
Set your resolution to your monitor native resolution and then you can downscale it if needed.

Sorry if I'm retarded but i didn't really catch your last sentence, can you try to explain it?

You generally want to set OBS to your native monitor resolution. If you have a 1080p monitor, set OBS to 1920x1080, then you can downscale to 720p or whatever you want, so it will just lower the resolution after capturing the original.

Thanks for your help. And actually the highest resolution is 1440x900, cant change it to higher, only lower.

Well if this is your native resolution, you will live with black borders. Because most people in the world use a 16:9 resolution, in your case that would be 1600x900, but the modern standart is 1920x1080 and its moving towards 21:9 ultrawide (this is used for films etc), 1440p and 4k in general.
So we will get even more problems when a lot of people start to switch from 1080p to higher resolutions.

Superwide will never be the norm. 4k-8k are the incoming standard changes at 16:9 as the standard was decided > 16:12

Superwide or ultrawide (21:9) is the norm in Hollywood now. And TVs would follow that, then consoles would follow. Never say never. Look at the modern movies.
There is also the problem that we cant drive 4K now with a single GPU in games, that is a huge problem :-)

The normal in Hollywood has been 21:9 since the 50's...you ever been to a movie theater? Note movies have had the opening title "Formatted to fit your television" since well as long as you can remember watching anything on television? Thats a widescreen to home screen format, and continues to exist now that we had widescreen televisions. Just like 1920x1200 and 2560x1080 they will be purchasable and sell enough for niche production, but no it won't catch on to the masses. It's nice on large screens because you're far enough back to enjoy the entire scene, in your living room you lose so much vertical screen that it isn't appealing, or you have to sit so close that you have to pan your eyes across the screen to see the entire image. It is not a practical living room screen, and no matter what us computer nerds say TV purchases rule the roost.

In a movie theater you dont notice the format at all, its just fits and is nice. While using a PC it is different. And as a gamer with a triplemonitor-setup i just sit here and wait until we have ultrawides monitors with good panes but without the ultrawide price tag. For me the 21:9 1440p monitor is way better now than a 4K. Maybe in the future that may change, but 21:9 is moving in and i love it, but not the hefty price tag so far :D
