Question / Help Black bars

Hi , i use ops classic for recording cs go. My resolution in obs is 1600x1200 (4:3) and in cs go the same. Why when i record blac bars appear on the sides of the scrren( when whatching the recording.) please help me. Obs is the best recorder i found. Please help me fix this
