Question / Help Black bars??

I have selected ignore aspect ratio and stretch image to screen (without it theres a big black square around my recording) but now its just two black lines on either side of my computer screen.


my monitor is 1680 x 1050 60hz

I am not trying to advertise, but give a example of my issue.

also i use windows movie maker and use files .mp4 to edit my videos

Youtube uses a 16:9 aspect ratio, your monitor is 16:10.

So is there anything i can do to fix it?
Also after i finish recording i can see the black lines in my editing software, not just youtube.

I have tried to but i cant understand that video as his accent is very thick and a pretty bad mic. As well as I am pretty new to all of this so is there any way you can explain it for dummies?

I changed my 1680x1050 to 1868x1050 like it says, but now it just looks distorted
