Question / Help Black bars on side

I have no idea why, but there are these black rectangular boxes on the sides of my stream. I was just wondering if it was possible to cover them by stretching my screen somehow.

Not sure what info you might need from me but my base resolution is 1440x900

Set the resolution of OBS to the resolution of your monitor.

I have made it my screen resolution, it's 1440x900.

post a log also it may be that twitch doesn't support that resolution.

This is normal since you're not streaming in a standard 16:9 "HD" aspect ratio.

So what you're saying is If i were to set the resolution to 1280x720 or like 1920x1080 I would see those bars gone?

The source content would also need to be set to a 16:9 resolution, but yes.
