So im streaming H1Z1 on a 1360x768 TV. On the resolution settings in obs im streaming it in 1280x720 with a 16:9 aspect ratio which cant be changed. Ive stretched the image to screen, and in obs on the preview it doesnt show the black bars on the side, but on twitch it does (unless you fullscreen the stream) Ive also tried ignoring the aspect ration and that just makes it worse. Ive also right clicked on the game capture source and "Fit to Screen" and still no luck. Is there anything i can do to fix the black bars? or is it impossible

Black bars on the side of Twitch streams are totally normal, unless they're present in fullscreen. There is nothing that can be done to "fix" them as there isn't anything to fix.

Twitch doesn't account for the height of the control bar, so the actual part of the player where the video is, isn't 16:9, hence you'll get black bars.
