Question / Help Bitrate struggles

I've been trying to stream World of Warcraft using the recommended settings on twitch.tv, however if I set my bitrate too low my stream gets all pixelated, but if I set it too high my stream buffers too much. I can't find the sweet spot because at 900 it pixelates and buffers at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.

720p 2000kbps 30fps is the sweet spot for non-partnered streamers. Even then there will be pixelation.

What are your internet speeds?

You do not have a lot of speed at all, seeing as you only have 644Kbps, you should really only be using around 425 total, video and audio hence the buffering. And that's for a single player game. Going that low produces a pretty crappy quality stream.

The usual borderline is a minimum of 2Mbps upload and should be your priority if you want to stream properly.

I see you were using 500Kbps for a bit, how was that? If you downscale to 420p or 360p there will be significantly less pixelation.
