Question / Help Bitrate Spikes

Hello! I was wondering if I could maybe get some help. I've been streaming for most of the night just fine, but over the last hour or so my bitrate has been skyrocketing to 15,000 to 35,000kb/s even though I have it limited in OBS settings. It is doing this in both 32 and 64 bit versions of OBS. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

You may have your buffer rate too high or the bitrate may be set too high. Is anyone else using your internet? Could I also have a log file to see what is happening. Any questions just ask.

My bitrate and buffer rate are both set to 3500, and no, no one else is using my internet.

How would I get a log file?
