B BullHorn7 Member Jan 2, 2014 #2 Your bitrate should never be higher than ~80% of your upload bandwidth. The higher the bitrate, the better the quality of the video. Try ~1700kbps bitrate. If you feel like you're lagging ingame, try lowering 1600 or 1500.
