Question / Help Bitrate RED/FPSdrops

Hello.

I can only strream for maybe an hour at a time as everytime after an hour I start dropping frames out my ass and my ping skyrockets to above 400, problem persists until I turn it off for a few hours. I've used bitrates between 2200 and 800, it still happens. I also used to stream at 22 fps and it still happened then also.

I have a very similar problem also, I've tried everything!

Are you sure that your isp doesn't have a shaping policy if you exceed a certain amount of bandwidth/traffic in 1 hour ? if you're not sure you can try running shaperprobe after the streaming session to check if that the case http://netinfer.com/diffprobe/ShaperProbe.exe it's also a good idea to disable windows aero if you have to use monitor capture.
