Question / Help Bitrate looks really bad even though it is at 3500

My stream looks very bad and not smooth at my obs settings and they are at recommended settings.

What's so bad about it, to me it looks pretty good.

idk it might be my monitor, i set it to all bright settings so it might just so the pixels easier

Is the problem pixelated or hard to read red text and red icons?

h264 at limited high profile (or less) are limited to reduced half horizontal and half vertical chroma/color resolution.
OBS-mp can do i444 colorspace with x264 high444 profile to keep full chroma resolution, but will greatly reduce stream compatibility with mobile devices.
